Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Four bedrooms for 2 people, equipped with TV as well as a games room/office with TV as well. Large plot with 2 terraces, garden furniture, large parking and Corten barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen. For a moment of disconnection and relaxation in peace and quiet and with the birds singing. Late check-out on Sundays until 6 p.m.

A separate play and TV room gives space for the children to relax after an active day.

Bridge villa stay

The prices are for an occupancy of 6 people (minimum calculation). On Sundays, a late departure until 10 p.m. is already included in the price. Each additional person will be charged €30 per night. Very special house with park-like garden and baroque pavilion. Access is via a private bridge. You have absolute privacy in the middle of the city. The park offers many different nooks and crannies on different levels and great views.

Many walks start 200 meters from the house. Your accommodation can accommodate 7 adults in 3 large bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds that can be separated into 2. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.
