Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Walcheren

I stayed one night with my family, we are all very happy with the stay. The house is beautiful and with all the stuff you needed. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and it takes around 30 minutes to Rotterdam city centre by train.

The location and room was great. What swept us, what we know from other Arbnbs are free towels, tea, cafe, sugar, salt and pepper.

Beautiful space, tastefully decorated. We (2 adults and 2 children) felt very comfortable. The views are great and unbeatable. Relatively new kitchen and bathroom. Older toilet and functional bedrooms. The amount of hot water is sporty if several people want to shower in a row. Contact with Tine was very friendly and accommodating. We had a very nice week in De Haan.

We had a great and relaxing stay at this place in Knokke-Heist. Shopping is in the immediate vicinity and the beach is within 30 minutes walking distance. The only negative point is the clairaudience, which we were already aware of due to other reviews. So if you have a light sleep, you should pack Ohropax, then that's certainly no problem. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. Also, thanks for the very quick and easy communication!

We had a great stay as a family! The place was perfect with our 4-year-old — safe, peaceful, and very enjoyable. The pool was super cool and our child had so much fun! The location is excellent, close to everything we needed but still nice and quiet. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the host was very welcoming. A lovely experience — we definitely recommend it!

Amazing vacation home. So relaxing and perfect location. There are new owners so the artwork is gone and no beach supplies so bring what you want for the beach. The pool was amazing and had a beautiful view of outside. Grocery store is a 10 minute walk. The patios are amazing with full sliding/opening glass doors. Definitely worth the money.

I’ve stayed here twice now and I can’t say enough good things. Everything is amazing! The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could ever need. Peter is the best host ever - he’s always there to help and his responses are super quick. You won’t regret booking! You’ll love it!

Andrè was a lovely host, was able to check in early. Answered requests quickly. Were so kind and helpful, even ordering a taxi. I also took a gentle yoga class at their studio. Would recomend, peaceful and beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

The description is as advertised. The house is spacious, clean and perfectly thought out for families. The play area for the kids was a real boon for us, they loved it! The fenced and well-maintained garden is a real plus, ideal for enjoying the outdoors with peace of mind. The neighborhood is quiet, which allows you to fully rest. The host was very responsive and attentive, making it easy for us to check in and respond quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this rental.

Located in a pleasant neighbourhood surrounded by nature, family houses and gardens, this extremely comfortable accommodation is perfect for a longer-term stay. It takes a 20-25 min drive by bus to the Gent centre, but all the facilities needed such as shops, bakery, pharmacy etc. can be found nearby. So if you travel to Ghent for work, this is a perfect balance to have some quiet time "off" in Oostaker. I had a great time with Line and Filip. They provided me with many things I didn't expect. The atmosphere in the house was always positive, they were both warmhearted, open and communicative. Overall, they were great company and at the same time, I had my privacy. What I appreciate the most is that they made me feel at home.

We had a very nice stay. In the village there is everything you need and to Domburg you can cycle to a beautiful beach in 10 minutes. In general, you can reach many beautiful cities from Aagtekerke by bike, as the place is conveniently located without being right in the middle of the tourist hustle and bustle. We will be happy to come back!

Airbnb the way I love it! Jan En Monique provide her own house, which is of course fully equipped and where we immediately felt comfortable. The location is excellent, central but very quiet, to the free parking you have to walk 8 minutes but that is due to the traffic concept in Dutch cities, which I personally like very much. The communication was absolutely exemplary and uncomplicated. The description of the place is accurate, so is the price. If you like it cozy and "real" if you like cats and fish, an absolute recommendation 😊
