The environment of the accommodation is idyllic: a shared park / garden is accessible on one level with the apartment where children can play safely. Many accesses to the beach are a 10min walk or bike and the neighborhood is peaceful and green. The apartment is simple, but very well equipped and very functional. Carina is very welcoming. We recommend without hesitation!

Lovely hosts and a great, quiet and nicely equipped apartment. Everything important to us is within 30 minutes by bike. We feel very comfortable here.

We had a great time. Very nicely decorated apartment, bright, comfortable. Clear instructions. The children had a cinema feeling with the new TV. And a few minutes walk with your feet in the sand. Very Quiet Neighborhood as well. And we got the family car carefully in the garage anyway. We also cooked several times and everything we needed was present. Also a smooth and clear communication with Heidi, which made the stay great.

Spacious, attractively furnished house, we immediately felt at home. Rini and Iris are friendly, relaxed and helpful. IJzendijke is a nice village near the Bunker forest where you can easily go with your dog for hiking. Centrally located to go to the coast or, for example, Ghent or Bruges.

We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Irma is a great host and very accommodating.

Tastefully decorated and a great spot for excursions around Groede. We liked it very much and we recommend the apartment gladly.

There were 8 of us, including 4 kids. Very convenient house, well equipped, clean, close to the beach... Modern and even sophisticated kitchen equipment, not always easy to find without instructions, thank you internet for the help with use. Large living area, 2 shower rooms and 3 Wc always useful with the number of occupants. The bath towels provided are a little small, no doubt, but not very serious. We recommend it.

We had a great vacation here. You immediately feel at home! The house has a very quiet location and is a great base for walks in the forest or to the beach. Restaurants are also within walking distance. We will definitely be back !

We often come to Knokke using Airbnb and this apartment has a lot of assets: an excellent location 100 meters from the beach, a short walk to the main convenience supermarket and shopping street, plenty of space in the apartment (it's a duplex) and especially a very beautiful and spacious terrace with sea views. We enjoyed having breakfast with the family outside to the cries of seagulls and the sound of the waves. Ann was very responsive and considerate throughout our stay.

Marc is very friendly, responds very quickly to Airbnb and also private. Brought things we missed right away and gratefully took tips we gave. Definitely a location to go to, close to everything!!

Top apartment located on a quieter street with a bike rental shop right next to the apartment which will allow you to have very quick access to the other end of the dike. Berenice who was our host always responds very quickly to any questions. The place was very clean with everything you need inside. Recommended:)

A great place to stay a few nights in. All you need for a good weekend and big terrace with a view. All good for me!
