The house "Bella Vista" is located on a viewing terrace above the lake. In this Mediterranean furnished panoramic apartment, the incredible view over Lake Edersee dominates the castle of Waldeck, and the mountain ranges of the Kellerwald- Edersee National Park. The panoramic views of the lake are opened via an 8 m long, floor-to-ceiling window front, even from the bedroom you can look out onto the lake from the bed. The apartment is top equipped and is rented from May 2022.

This beautiful accommodation with space for 5-6 people offers space for relaxation and fun with friends and family. The beautiful, quiet location is perfect for a trip to Sauerland. Restaurants, shopping and leisure activities are within walking distance. The small balcony is perfect for breakfast or to drink a glass of wine together in the evening. The apartment-sunny side is located on the southern slope on the outskirts of Fuldatal Simmershausen. It is a whole apartment (approx. 72 square meters) with balcony (approx. 12 square meters) on the 2nd floor. From the apartment and balcony you have a wonderful distant view to the landmark of Kassel, "the Hercules." The center of Kassel can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Bus stops (buses run every 15-20 minutes) can be reached in 5 minutes.

The apartment in the Hasen-Haus is located not far from Lake Affoldern, right at the entrance to the Kellerwald National Park – the perfect start to wonderful hikes. It is about 2 km to Lake Edersee. Around the lake there are countless leisure activities for all ages: the wildlife park, the summer toboggan run, a treetop trail, the climbing park, bike tours, water sports and swimming on and in the lake, a canoe tour on the Eder and much more.

The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and a cozy couch for relaxation

FeWo Wanderlust - Large balcony with evening sun

Relaxation & recreation in the newly renovated Wanderlust apartment. In addition to a TV in each bedroom, there is a fully automatic coffee machine, a fridge with ice cube dispenser and a pellet stove for the winter. Enjoy the evening sun on the large balcony and a view of the mountains of the Sauerland. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. I am also happy to provide drinks and food for the day of arrival.

The Hildfeld district is about 5 km from the center of Winterberg. However, there is no through traffic, so you can enjoy the tranquility here.
