The vacation apartment (60 m²) is located about 13 km from downtown Kassel. There is a very good connection to public transport. The Regio-Tram [regional tram] runs directly to the city center of Kassel in 20 minutes. The Regional Express runs directly to Wilhelmshöhe train station in 11 minutes. The train station is about 600 m away. The apartment is in the basement of the house and has a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed as well as kitchen and bathroom. There is also a private terrace.

The panoramic views of the lake are opened via an 8 m long, floor-to-ceiling window front, even from the bedroom you can look out onto the lake from the bed. The apartment is top equipped and is rented from May 2022.

There you can enjoy a beautiful view and the tranquility of nature relaxed. The apartment is located directly on the "SKYWALK" the largest suspension bridge in the world. This will be completed in autumn 2022. A free parking space is at your disposal.
