The Präg nature adventure farm is located on the edge of the nature reserve. The Hochkopf apartment is in the attic of the farm. With about 120 square meters, it is spacious. For sunny spring, summer and autumn days, a private piece of garden with seating area is at your disposal. Chickens, ducks and cats live on our farm all year round, in summer often also sheep and horses, in the valley Hinterwälder cattle, goats and chamois. The resort for nature lovers is located in the middle of the Southern Black Forest Biosphere Reserve. Above the cloud sea of the Rhine plain stands our beautiful forest house. Start your hikes right outside your door. Here, at an altitude of 800 metres, it is cooler than in the valley. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30min. To Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour. Feldberg: 45 minutes. The Schweigmatt swimming pool is a club pool. You can buy it for 20 euros for 4 uses.

Seppelhof - Refuge for up to 9 people

The Seppelhof is a farm that is over 400 years old, which has been completely renovated and modernized. It is detached outside of Hofsgrund at about 900 m above sea level. The property is therefore wonderfully quiet and idyllically located with a large garden. The farm has a total of 3 spacious, separate living units with a separate entrance, one of which is available to our guests. In addition to the view of nature, the proximity to France and Switzerland offers many sightseeing options.

The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous toads and frogs as well as a summer meeting place and natural swimming area for locals and their guests. The large roof overhang towards the pond provides additional living space to the ground-level 34 m² studio. The property with 1,000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. 4 1/2-room holiday apartment in a horse farm

The apartment is situated in the upper floor of a farm with horses. It is completely renovated and new. The cosy terrace is staffed with a wood/charcoal barbecue, sunloungers and sunshade and invites to linger on sunny days. The sauna in the barn can be used against a fee (15 EUR per use). Space to bring your own horse available as well as guided trail rides on pre-arrangement and against fee. Please note, that the entrance to the apartment leads through the barn.

The complete core renovation in 2022 shows the approx. 70 sqm apartment in modern splendor. The separate entrance leads to the large living and dining area (+new sofa bed) with new kitchen. Due to the open room design, the hallway adjoins the living area and you enter the modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms. A terrace with barbecue facilities and free parking are in front of the apartment. Another approx. 70 sqm apartment is also available for rent.
