In the heart of the Allgäu, near Lake Constance, I offer an apartment on the 2nd floor on the left with 2 bedrooms, a dining area and a kitchenette. 2 steps across the hall is the bathroom. The areas mentioned are only used by the guests. The house entrance is not separate. We live downstairs in the house and on the 1st floor on the right. So, there is usually someone on site and we are happy to help with any questions. The house is located on the outskirts of town in a secluded location. It is about a 1 km walk to the city center and about 200 m to the forest.

Our 2-room apartment with bedroom, bathroom/toilet and combined kitchen/living room on the first floor of a single-family home in Maria-Thann is 4 km from Wangen im Allgäu. Located directly in the center of town on the Lake Constance-Königsee cycle path between Lindau and Oberstdorf. An ideal starting point for all activities. There is a shopping facility in the village at the "Regiomat" where you can buy milk, eggs, meat and drinks 24 hours a day, as well as on Saturday at the bakery in the village. The nearest small shop is 2 km away.

Apartment in Niederwangen in the Allgäu

The local recreation area of Niederwangen invites you to hike, run and cycle in summer. In winter, it serves as the perfect starting point for winter sports fans due to its proximity to the Allgäu Alps and the cross-country trails right in the village. The nearby Lake Constance, the cities of Lindau (17 km) and Wangen im Allgäu (4 km) offer a variety of sports and excursion possibilities, so that holidays are possible here all year round. The apartment is located directly on the bike path, from where you can start numerous tours.

Alpaca Farm Holiday

This newly renovated 2 level holiday apartment with double bed and quality sleeping couch is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps, at 1000 mtrs above sea level. Our breeding farm includes alpacas, dairy cows, pigs, bees, goats, chickens, cats and our child-friendly dog. We offer a special holiday experience where you have the opportunity to meet all the farm animals and their offspring up close. During your holiday you have the exceptional opportunity to test our alpaca bedding.

Caravan "Pauline"

We rent out our caravan at our house. It sleeps two adults (140x200) and two children (bunk beds). The toilet and shower are located in the house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, a sleeping bag or made-up beds and pillows. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Not included in the price is the tourist tax (please pay in cash upon arrival), which provides discounted admission and free bus service. Adults €2.20, children 6-15 €0.70 per day.

You are also welcome to rent bicycles or SUP boards from us to explore the Allgäu with a bike tour or on the water. The apartment has its own entrance and is very quietly located in the countryside. The bedroom can accommodate 2 people. The sofa bed in a separate room for another 2 people. Ideal for 2-4 guests.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

Enjoy a stay in our Masionetten apartment with balcony and mountain view. The apartment is comfortably furnished and perfect for up to two adults and one child. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. In addition, the accommodation is centrally located. In just a 10-15 minute walk, the city center can be reached, just as the famous Center Parc is only a 10-minute drive away.

Favorite place with sauna area for cold days

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.
