The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. The former, almost 200-year-old sawmill is surrounded by nature reserves and borders directly on a stream. A private source supplies the property with excellent drinking water. In addition to the charm of an old, cozy house, the property has plenty of space and room for privacy.
