In 20 minutes by car you are in the Kiel sailing scene with accompanying programme of the regatta on the Kiel line from Open Ship on the Gorch Fock, lectures, concerts and activities for children up to gastronomy. Swimming in the fjord and relaxing in nature is free. New: Cheap rent for 1-3 students at the CAU in WS 25/26.

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

Upstairs, however, there is a door which is locked. The place has a separate entrance. We allow you a flexible key handover.
