Bright and sunny 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance. Pull out sofa for additional guests. Full eat in kitchen, with pretty views of the garden. Screened in porch that offers additional seating to relax and enjoy your morning coffee, while listening to the birds in this rural setting. A short drive to Providence, about a half hour drive to Newport, and 8 miles to Roger Williams University, makes your stay fairly close to the best RI has to offer. Sunny, East Side apt!

Our one-bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people and a cozy stay for more than two. It's a stone's throw away from Hope Village, where there is plenty of charm, shopping, and great food. We are less than a mile from Brown and RISD. The apartment has its own private entrance. There is no parking on the premises, however, there is plenty of free street parking, very often right in front of the house.
