We enjoyed our stay at Tim's place. Enjoyed the large family table to eat our Easter dinner with family. It was close to our family in Niles. As many have said, it was a nice comfortable home. Aspects of it reminded me of my grandparents home. Loved gathering/visiting with family in the "den" space. It was a nice size and provided a great place to set up a play area for our toddler. It was in a great walkable, safe, quiet neighborhood that we were able to take our little one on stroller rides.

This is a historic mansion. It is a real blast to experience what that is like. The ceilings are way up high, the rooms are huge. There is a feeling of luxury while at the same time some areas that still need restoration. There are two living rooms, each with a different vibe, so whichever you like best. The area is along the main drag and around the courthouse square are good for walking. They light up the Courthouse at night beautifully. The kitchen and house is supplied and equipped far better than the usual standard. I very much enjoyed cooking there. The beds were good. There is only 1 shower in the three bathrooms
