My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

I use the apartment myself as a creative office and have set it up so that I personally feel very comfortable there. During the hot days, a fan and air conditioning ensure a cool head.
