Holiday rentals with a patio in Water Mill

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda's place. It is exactly as described and spacious for myself, my husband and our 2 year old. Amanda was very conscientious and helpful host. The recommendations for Greenport were a nice touch! The kitchen is well set up for cooking meals. All in all, perfect stay and would recommend!

Super quaint and cozy stay for my husband, myself, and our dog. Qiana and Chris were sooo responsive and helpful (I asked them for a few extra items while we were there). Very clean and had exactly what we needed. Thanks very much for an awesome stay!

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

We stayed here for 6 days and it was the perfect spot! She had everything we needed & it was a beautiful place to spend our vacation. Erica was extremely responsive whenever we had questions for her. We would definitely come stay here again!!

Perfect place for my husband and I, our twins and my dad to stay for a family wedding. Would love to come back and just explore the awesome area in the future!

this was my first time staying in an air b&b and let me tell you. the vibe here is amazing! so cozy the host is so friendly and sweet. its very zen. the bathroom is beautiful i love the shower lol. I will be booking again.

This is our first AirBnB experience. Communication with KC in advance was great. The place is very nicely decorated, so we felt very comfortable right away. Our children liked the children's room very much and I liked the veranda. Our kids are very bright and loud and that's certainly a challenge for hosts. We are therefore glad that there were no complaints. The area is very nice and quiet. We will be happy to come back.

My stay here was a perfect respite away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Tucked away in the dunes, very short walk to access the beach, quick ride into downtown Montauk, and private. Very beautiful place and I will definitely be back. Thank you again!

The space was great and close to the downtown. Easy if you’re commuting to and from the city as the train station is not far. The space is great and being by shore front park was lovely for beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Will hope to stay again!

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Deborah and David's home. The house was perfect for our family, so clean and well equipped. It is even better than on the photos. And what an amazing backyard for the kids!

Amazing cottage….one of my Airbnb favs! Very thought out and cozy. From the fenced in yard, outdoor shower, open plan living space with heated floors and fireplace. And the kitchen…high end appliances, pizza oven, plenty of pots , pans, dishware and serving utensils. The controls in this cottage are unreal ….from dimmable lighting, operable skylights, central vacuuming to heated towel racks. Cottage was very well stocked and communication was quick and simple. Highly recommend!! I can’t wait to go back in the summer!!

Really liked this house - quiet and secluded with the family. Good amenities, lovely back yard, and peaceful surroundings. About 20 mins to the beach by the time you park and walk across. A 10-15 min walk to a little dock with a playground for young kids. Thanks for the stay!

I stayed here with friends for my bachelorette party and we had the best time! The house was adorable and so comfortable! The back yard was amazing and the little guest house was so cute. Our stay was in mid April, so still a bit cool for fully using the back yard, but I bet in the summer it’s even more amazing! Everything was really clean and tidy and just a nice atmosphere overall. The house was a quick drive to the town area which was great! Paula was communicative and a helpful host! Really enjoyed our visit so much!

We needed a dog-friendly ranch style to home with three bedrooms and two bedrooms close to Sayville, where we would be celebrating Thanksgiving. I was lucky enough to find this rental which was clean, comfortable and ideal for our two-night stay. Adam was attentive and easily accessible via text. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

We had a pleasant stay at Nick’s place. The unit was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the water & restaurants in walking distance. Check-in was very easy and Nick was always responsive.
