Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Weeki Wachee River

Oscar and his family gave us first-class treatment for the duration of our stay. He went out of his way to accommodate us in each and every way possible. I would highly recommend staying at the locations he offers.

I will continue to recommend it 100%, there are already several visits I have had and I am still delighted. Thank you so much for having us and for responding quickly.

The home was very clean and had a very comfortable "at home" feeling when you walked in. very organized. The games they had were so fun! kids loved the spring in the back. so peaceful. would def recommend to others! host is very responsive and helpful!

Large family with kids and we had plenty of room. Home and area was so beautiful. Lots to do on the river. One of the best homes to rent on the river. Could be our annual spring break weekend!

Bang for buck is what you get with this stay. it was everything I hoped it would be and then some. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find and Zelijko was very responsive and helpful every stepmother the way. I would gladly recommend this stay and if ever in the area again would happily seek to stay here again.

The location of this home is wonderful. There was plenty of room for our large family. The home was clean, the bedding was clean. I’d agree with a former reviewer that there a few things here and there that could use some repair…broken blind, broken outlet, door by laundry…I mean these are really minute things. The location and hospitality far outweigh little repairs. The access to kayaks was such an awesome perk! The porches and the dock were so awesome! This home has character and we didn’t want to leave. Our last day there we saw manatees and hospital hole was a short row away. Thank you for opening your home to us.

We loved the place, it really is a house with 4 apartments. Our remodeled and modern. Well-equipped and spacious. It's worth the longer stay. A mini golf cart would be great to move around on the set . We highly recommend it. In this climate and near the water, fumigation is key.

Cascade was a wonderful host. We felt right a home with the kitty cat's welcome and the chicken coop providing fresh eggs in the morning. Cascade was very accomodating and felt very comfortable in her quaint, funky accomodations.

Very nice accommodations. Nice and quiet and lots of privacy. Was a Perfect place to relax before an extra early meeting In Tampa.

I rented it for someone else but the guest felt the place was safe and comfortable. Bryan is very prompt to communicate and attend the guests needs.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area. What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. More importantly the people who work there and the guests who stay there are friendly and very enjoyable to be around Thanks again Stormie Mike and Connie Luciantonio

Everything was as advertised, met my personal needs to a tee. Parking for the apartment could be better delineated so as to avoid confusion in parking.

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.

This was an extended stay of 3 months, and was well worth it. Jaime and Maya were great hosts. They responded very quickly and only as needed. The fence needed repair so my dog could be in it without me worrying he would escape, and the grill was not usable. Jaime fixed both issues promptly. I have done multiple long stays and this rental has had the best kitchen equipment I’ve encountered. It’s not all top notch quality but it’s a wide range of items that a home cook would need. Tons of dishes as well. For once, I wasn’t buying a ton of items to cook! All in all, this was a lovely stay with owners who care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you!
