The Heidweiher is a natural lake swimming pool with a small beach, gastronomy and beer garden (please note rest days) within walking distance in a few minutes. Old town oasis in MG

Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

In only 20 minutes you can reach the cities of Venlo and Roermond (NL) & also Cologne is easily reachable in 45 minutes. The flat offers everything you need to use it as a working space. Make yourself comfortable at your desk and use the high-speed internet to work on the go.

Our lovely apartment is located 10 minutes from Roermond town centre and the outlet centre, and is fully equipped with every comfort. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma divan beds, a luxury bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for two additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a 100-metre radius.

This 2-room luxury basement apartment is located in Pulheim/near Cologne and is 22 min by car from Cologne. It is suitable for both city and business trips. Free parking is also included. The apartment is centrally located in Düsseldorf - Friedrichstadt. The apartment consists of a dining and living area with a sofa bed (with a continuous mattress) and a bedroom. - Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's a bright, large desk there, too. There, the 3rd person can sleep on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are ready.

Ap. in DG (not whole house) with private shower and kitchen

Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond (NL) are also very easy to reach, the highway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible.  We can offer free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz train station. Drop-off and pick-up from Düsseldorf Airport or other desired locations are possible for an additional charge.

Small apartment in a quiet location!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This small apartment has satellite TV, sockets with USB connection, a cozy bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette is well equipped to prepare a small meal and towels, shower gel, shampoo are included in the basic equipment. Some coffee and tea pads are available. End the day on the small terrace or on the alpaca meadow.

We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment lies in a beautiful rural setting. With us, they can relax. Or they can spend their time with cyclists, hiking, or spades. The cycling and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and shopping center Maastricht, Roermond are all very close.( approx. 20 min.)
