Unser neu (2019) erbautes Ferienhaus liegt im Landkreis Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Zusätzlich zu den zwei großen Schlafzimmern (ca. 18 qm) mit jeweils großen Doppelbetten, gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, eines davon (ca. 10qm) mit Eckbadewanne und sehr großer, begehbarer Dusche (1,2m x 1,2m). Sie können Ihr Elektroauto an unserer Wallbox (11 kW Typ 2) laden (derzeit 40 Cent / KWh).

For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. We'd love to have you as our guests!

Small charming farmhouse in the countryside - built in 1904, nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden with old trees and fruit bushes. Newly made & tried and true! Our great-aunt Matilde opened her cottage in the summer months for vacation guests. We follow her example and have created a small cozy place where you can wonderfully relax.
