Euer im Landhausstil komplett renoviertes Apartment ist ideal für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Radfahrer. Es verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, eine Küchenzeile, ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett. Unser Haus liegt direkt an der Romantischen Straße in Reichling im wunderschönen Lechrain, ca. 15 min. von Landsberg am Lech oder dem Ammersee entfernt. München oder die Alpen erreicht ihr in etwa einer Stunde. Im Nebenhaus ist die ortsansässige Bäckerei.

A break in the mountains

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, washer-dryer, hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 parking spaces are available. Bakery, EDEKA, pharmacy and general practitioner in the village. The Engelsriedersee (moor and swimming lake) with sunbathing lawn and restaurant is located about 2 km south of Rott.

The lovingly designed apartment includes a separate, covered entrance, kitchen, bathroom and desk. A wardrobe and sleeping facilities with a large box-spring bed are just as much part of the furnishings as a pull-out sofa. Bright windows invite you to the beautiful, sunny terrace with great sunsets.

Villa Romenthal - Loft with rooftop terrace & lake view

Our jewel is finally ready! The bright and luxurious loft (approx. 80 square meters) with roof terrace offers absolute seclusion and a unique view over Lake Ammersee. After our beautiful garden apartment in the basement, you can now get to know Villa Romenthal from a completely different perspective: Under the historic roof beams, we welcome guests to our open 1-room loft with roof terrace. The beautiful Ammersee is about 900 m away.

Vacation home "Linde"

Welcome to the apartment "Linde", which was newly built in 2024 and belongs to our farm, which is located in the middle of the five lakes country in the beautiful Pfaffenwinkel. This place is the right place for anyone looking for tranquility in nature but also appreciate good transport links to the mountains, lakes or excursion destinations such as castles or amusement parks.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.

Detached wooden house in a very quiet location

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.

The apartment is located in a historic fisherman's house in the old central district of the fishery near the lake. The self-contained first floor apartment has a large terrace.
