Holiday rentals with beach access in West Indies

This was the perfect family vacation. We had a wonderful stay, beautiful condo with wonderful ocean views.

Outstanding host and we loved the location in Luquillo! Town had a great laid back vibe. The host was extremely friendly and proactive and gave great recommendations. We had one issue come up that was outside of her control (maintenance company working on unit next door caused our AC to stop working)… even though it was a Saturday evening, she responded right away and had people coming to take care of it within minutes. Luckily we were able to get it back on before they arrived, but the fact she was so quick to take care of an issue says a lot! The unit was clean and had very comfortable beds. The only thing that needs some attention is that the exterior of the building could really use a fresh coat of paint bc it was looking a bit rundown. But don’t let that deter you - the unit is clean and comfortable! The location is great and we loved all of the nearby restaurants. It was also very convenient to catch the ferry to Vieques or Culebra and visit El Yunque rainforest which is a must!

Bamboo's condo is nicely decorated, bright and airy with large sliding glass windows that lead out to the side balcony and main balcony. The condo has an amazing view of the well kept gardens and ocean. The beautiful beach is just steps away with restaurants down to the right. The area is great for walking with Janet's grocery store as well as restaurants close by. Bamboo as well as the condo staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

I have stayed many times at Emil’s place. The location is superb. One of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The staff at the resort is phenomenal. The restaurant could use some new dishes, but their pizzas are delicious. Minerva who works with Emil, is like family and takes wonderful care of you during your stay. She will also cook for additional pay. Her food is outstanding. Emil is always a delight to work with, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any needs. I will be back again soon!

Excelente lugar !!!

This is the second time that we have stayed in this location. Nayelyn's associate Richie who handled the interaction with us was great again as always. Extremally helpful and very quick with responses. The apartment is located on a large beautiful end lot overlooking undeveloped land on one side which offers very enjoyable undisturbed privacy. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The property is located in Perla Marina, a gated community which is a great walkable area and direct access to a beautiful quiet beach. There are also several very good restaurants within this community offering a wide range of food choices. The community is approximately halfway between Sousa and Cabarete. We love the beach in Cabarete and the large amount of different dining options both on and off the beach there.

Stephanie’s place is wonderful! It’s in a great location (car is highly recommended) for beach and relaxing. Stores and restaurants are just a short drive away. The photos match the description and it is very clean. I’d highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a laid back beach vibe.

The best way to describe my experience was “when you’re here you’re family.” Ed and Faith Anne were amazing hosts who made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. As a solo traveler this was really important to me and I felt like family immediately. They were readily available when I needed them and respected my privacy. The unit was very cute and clean and came complete with a friendly guard dog :) It was located right across from a gorgeous beach and having the golf cart was priceless. I had a great time exploring the island and went on a super fun snorkel trip with the host’s excursion company. I highly recommend staying here and would go back just so I could hang with Ed and Faith Anne again!

Ficamos completamente encantados, casa linda e acolhedora

La estadía fue agradable y tranquila por el buen espacio y distribucion del inmueble, la cercanía al mar y playas tranquilas, y en especial el servicio amable, cortés y la excelente preparacion de los alimentos al gusto del usuario por parte de la señora María Teresa, a quien agradecemos mucho. El desplazamiento al centro principal de supermercados y cajeros queda un poco retirado, aunque hay transporte y se cuenta con una tienda y expendio de pescado al frente del conjunto.

Adriana’s home was everything we were looking for and more. The beach is pretty much in the back yard with a few restaurants nearby. There was plenty to do on the beach as well as surrounding towns. Location was 10/10. Only a short 20 minute walk downtown or 15 minute walk on the beach to a few restaurants. Highly recommend and hope to be back :)

We had a great stay in Rincón! The house was quaint, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after long days in the sun. While the pool was a bit smaller than expected, it was absolutely perfect during the hottest parts of the day. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to downtown, great restaurants, and nearby excursions. Having a rental car was definitely helpful for exploring the area and checking out other local beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay at a perfect house on Siesta Key. House was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped. Was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing, right over the road from a few bars and restaurants (no issue with noise which I had thought might be a problem) and a 7Eleven which was super convenient. The unbelievably beautiful beach was just 5 mins walk away with the softest, whitest sand I’ve ever seen in my life! Information sent from John the host was proactive, easy to understand and accurate. He was very fast to respond to messages. We loved it here, are missing it already and would highly recommend it.

The location in my opinion is perfect! The view from the pool is amazing! It is so peaceful just sitting in the yard and pool area looking at the ocean. The outdoor areas made us feel so comfortable. With a mix of old and young children they were able to enjoy different things but yet all in the same area. Joost was great and very accommodating! Overall a great place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing escape from your busy lives…. Thank you again!

Ricardo's place was great! We had 7 adults staying here, and there was plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. The mattresses were very comfortable. And everything was very clean! The house itself could use some modernizing but overall everything was great. Ubers were easy to call, and the location is super close to the San Juan airport. Ricardo was also very responsive and was also willing to let us keep our luggage on the premise after check out. I will flag that there is a washer/dryer, but it requires quarters. Also, this is Puerto Rico and so mosquitoes are everywhere - just be aware that they can get into the house if you keep the door open for too long. There is a 24-hour supermarket in the neighborhood, and the beach is right there. Great place if you plan to hang in San Juan, if you are wanting to spend more time in El Yunque, then this airbnb is far.

The host was very responsive even at 1 am when we had trouble getting in . The place was peaceful -quiet ,steps from the beach ! Very safe area , police patrolling every hour , walking path and basketball court - playground nearby for kids. Cons -lack of hot water ,stove was not the best and beds were not that comfortable. However great value for the price, being right on the beach!

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

Second time we have stayed at this incredible place. The wind, the ocean, the rainforest- it is so beautiful. The condo is comfortable and AC in the bedrooms works great. We swam in the ocean and also enjoyed the pool at the condo! We love this place.

The place had amazing views! It was conveniently located next to the beach and had a great pool. Geeta was very friendly and easy to get a hold of. I would book this place again on a future trip.

We are 3 retired seniors who travel together. We really appreciated each having our own bedroom with a full bath for each. The apartment was clean and spacious with all the amenities we would need. It was located in a quiet area close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and stores. Iris was very good with explaining all about the property and the area. The shining star was property manager Roger who was both informative and extremely friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area. Thank you Iris and Roger.

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful home away from home. So convenient to walk to the beach, and they provided boogie boards, beach chairs, games and mroe. I loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings, as well. This served as a perfect home base for us with easy proximity to San Juan, hiking at El Yunque, visiting the Luquillo Kiosks and more. We utilized the kitchen, laundry, and had comfy beds and plenty of hot water for showers!

We enjoyed being close to the beach, the heated pool and excellent balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean view.
