All season sunroom plenty of seating, pub table & bar. Doggie door in sunroom large enough for 100 lb dog, leads to fenced in backyard. $100 pet fee and $125 linens & bath towels.

Walk to everything you need with parking for two cars under unit. Pets allowed (no cats) with a $100 pet fee per pet- (flat not nightly). Comfort and a real find in OC.
