The Cottage is a restored wagon barn nestled against the Blue Ridge Mountains. You'll enjoy quality, comfort, quietude, and pastoral views. We are a fully licensed and inspected B&B on a 1790's farm in rural Loudoun County VA. Each morning you are treated to a continental breakfast of fresh pastry, fruit sourced from local farms, and homemade jams which we quietly deliver by 7:30 unless otherwise requested. Light Horse Inn: Suite 1 Breakfast Included

This large suite has a king size bed, ten foot ceilings, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. This spacious suite will allow you lots of room to spread out and relax. When the building served as a tavern and inn from the 1790s this room was used as the public section for sleeping quarters, with eight or more people sleeping in the room. It was also rumored to have been used for dancing. The original heart pine floors have been preserved and numerous architectural details are showcased as well.

The Game Room at Mountain Home

The Game Room is on the basement floor of the beautifully restored 1847 portion of the historic main house of Mountain Home. Features include a twin daybed and trundle (and a roll-away bed, when needed), private half bathroom (with access to a full bathroom w/shower upstairs), and vintage foosball table, as well as games, toys, puzzles, DVDs and VHS tapes and a system for playing them. A hearty breakfast is included.
