Rustic Cabin on Cacapon River for Private Getaway

Rustic, 100+ year old primitive mountain cabin in West Virginia along the Cacapon River. Beautifully restored with wood stove, loft, & screened in porch. Access to 214 acres of private mountain land & over 1/4 mile of river frontage plus 1/2 acre pond, trails, and private shooting range. This cabin is 1-room and completely off grid. It has NO electricity or plumbing/running water, but does have a Porta-John serviced weekly. Renter will be cabin camping so pack accordingly; tents also welcome.

Cozy Cabin Creek Retreat W/Hottub

The neighborhood is super quiet and such a wonderful place to get away to. The house is located right in front of the creek that you can fish, kayak, let your dog swim and just enjoy the sound. The house is nice and cozy, the house is not secluded. I do have neighbors, the ones to the left is a rental, the one to the right is a weekend home but the couple are never there. The walk down to the water is little steep, I do not have stairs yet to the bottom of the hill yet.

Amazing veiws! This cozy cabin over looks the Potomac river valley and Greenridge state forest. You can see mountain ranges from 3 different states. Enjoy the wilderness of West Virginia with only a short drive from, D.C. and Baltimore. Just 13 miles from Berkeley springs and famous PawPaw tunnel. Perfect couple getaway. Have a bigger family?
