Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In just a few steps, you'll be able to reach the local recreation area "Fühlinger See." A charming apartment, modernly furnished with fully equipped kitchens. Linens and towels are provided. The city center is easily accessible by public transport. A baker, butcher and a very good pizzeria are in the immediate vicinity of our farm.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

MaarZauber - enchanting Eifel - near Nürburgring

Restored with love... Enjoy a leap into the cold Maar (30m), a sundown at the castle (80 m), hiking, cycling or visit the famous Nürburgring (18 km). The house joins old with modern and offers 110 m² with a big kitchen/dining room with balcony, a cosy living room with 2 convenient bed couches, one sleeping room with double bed and bathroom, one sleeping room with 4 single beds and a second bath downstairs.
