Just a 5 minute walk to the 2 mile long beach, pubs & cafes, along with easy access to the South West Coast Path. Private parking space for one car. Two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, en-suite and sea views, the other a twin, with separate bathroom. The living room has stunning sea views, as well as a smart TV. Fast wi-fi throughout. The kitchen diner is well equipped.

The accommodation has its' own private entrance hall. With a shower room off the hallway, a door leads through to a kitchenette, leading upstairs to a large light, airy attic room, with a double bed and a single day bed. The room is perfect for a couple, 3 friends or a couple with one child. Linen and towels are provided. There is on street parking opposite the house. There are outside chairs. Situated in the village of Northam, it is a short drive to the beach and close to the SW coast path .

Completed in November 2016, Seabreeze is a 3 bedroom semi detached house. Everything inside from carpets to cutlery was brand new and has been kept at a high standard since. Westward Ho! has many family friendly amenities, stunning beach and is ideally located to explore the wonders of North Devon. Situated within a well maintained, quiet holiday park and just a stone’s throw from the blue flagged beach and village of Westward Ho!, Sea Breeze has been lovingly fitted and furnished to provide the perfect coastal retreat. Accessed via four small steps, Sea Breeze can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The property has its own veranda complete with table and chairs which overlooks the green. Parking is provided in a nearby car park which is approx 1 min walk from the bungalow.

Great for walkers, swimmers, surfers, kite-surfing, golfing [Royal North Devon Golf Club], Tarka trail for bikers, kayaking. I WILL LEAVE milk, bread, butter, jam, cereal, fruit, fruit juice in the small fridge; i supply plates etc and these can be left in entrance to be washed daily Only a microwave - no other cooking facilities. Small fridge.
