The apartment was clean, and my son loved the cereal and milk left, that was a nice touch. We booked it to got to a Man City game and it is practically on the doorstep. Great location. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow.

We had a wonderful weekend at this place, it was perfect for our toddler to run around the garden and we felt right at home. Great location and stay

Had such a great stay at this fabulous property! Everything is kitted out to a high standard and the roof top was an amazing bonus during our stay! We loved the convenience of the key box so no hanging around or trying to find local shops to collect/drop off. Excellent communication with the hosts who were v attentive and were keen to know how to improve if at all. Despite being city centre, we were surprised by the little noise and we weren’t woken by anything which I expected we might do. Although expect the usual when the pubs come out. The accommodation worked well for us and our two teenagers (15&17) but as the main bedroom is on a different floor to the others, you might need to consider this if you have small kids. The single room/bed was fine for my 15yr daughter but my older son might have struggled in that smallish bed. Also need to be aware there are quite a few stairs , fairly narrow but isn’t an issue unless you have small kids or mobility issues. All in such a fab holiday

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

Very generous host even left some bottled water and tea coffee bread etc for us which was so appreciated 🙏🙏 Lovely , big , comfy clean beds, bedding and towels. Great kitchen and dinning area cooked a lovely meal. We really enjoyed our stay thank you once again 🙏🙏

A lovely, home-from-home stay at Linda's place. It really felt like staying in a lived in house rather than a stark hotel room. The kitchen was well equipped with loads of glasses and mugs, crockery, pans etc and oil and herbs provided. We made use of the washing machine and the outside drying space was great so didn't need the tumble dryer. Comfy beds and handy to have towels provided. The kitchen table was great to work from home and the WiFi worked perfectly. Nice garden and patio, and a quiet street with views of a grassy area with trees from the front of the house. Had no trouble parking two cars near the house. Check in and out was easy with a lock box.

Fantastic apartment everthing you could want home,not for everyone but we appreciated the HUGE tv and loads of channels,I took ill while away so it was great distraction Other residents lovely Can’t recommend this place enough And James was a fantastic host supa fast at responding and loads of recommendations 👌🏽

My little bit of heaven. Absolutely love staying here. Immaculately clean, all the amenities I need and the occasional visit from two beautiful little cats. We have just returned from an Easter break at Petes apartment. From the time of booking until we left Pete was very responsive to any questions we had. On arrival we parked at the dedicated spot advised by Pete and opened the door to a spacious apartment. it was so thoughtful that Pete had left milk, Tea etc which was really appreciated after the journey. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and furnished with a really comfortable bed .too. I had read the previous reviews prior to coming so took food that could be microwaved - but forgot my can opener 🤣., plenty of shops locally to buy further supplies. The bedroom looked out to some cows in the field and it was a simple walk into town for local buses and train services. Thank you so much to Pete and Elllen- perfect hosts 😀

A really unique and lovely place to stay in a very nice, leafy area. Rob and Kath were fantastic hosts, very responsive to questions etc. The volt had everything we needed for our stay and I’d happily recommend it to friends and family.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. Jess was so helpful with check in details and answered any questions we had as well as providing a very useful local guide of recommendations. Perfect location for walking to city centre and for the co op arena - would highly recommend and would happily stay again :)
