Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

The cottage has two bathrooms, four bedrooms (2 with bunk beds, 1 with two single beds and 1 living room with a gallery with mattress storage), a common room with kitchen, stove and seating area and a large garden. Ideal for those who want to get away from it all and relax in a quiet atmosphere. ATTENTION: Please DO NOT park on the meadow in front of the cottage, only behind it!

In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernried Nature Park and the lakeshore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. A private parking space is available on the property. For bicycles, there is storage space.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.
