The owner and his son live quietly in the upstairs residence with their own completely separate entrance. The ocean-side sliding glass door locks from the inside only. It is intended primarily as an exit to the beach and cannot be unlocked from outside. This property does not have 3 masters suites: they have their own bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Come and enjoy your time away in this SMOKE-FREE, fully equipped, clean and modern oceanfront condo in Daytona Beach Shores. This condo building has a heated pool and brand new balconies! We have put indestructible Polywood chairs/side tables on our balcony for your use while you take in the phenomenal view from the 4th floor. The property also has tennis, basketball, and pickleball on the roof of the garage with an additional sun deck accessed from the second floor of the building.
