A day trip to the Alps or to Munich (S-Bahn 7 km away) are great options. An extensive cycling network invites you to explore the region. Let your soul unwind on the south balcony or work there in peace.

Cozy apartment in Dießen am Ammersee

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Sunshine Living

This lovely apartment offers, over an area of approximately 45 m², a living room with a TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom, a terrace and a bedroom. The bedroom has a box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm). Hand towels, bed linen and a separate entrance are included. Parking is possible on the opposite side of the street. Türkenfeld S-Bahn station is approximately 5 km away, and Munich can be reached by car in 25–30 minutes.

The train station, the Dampfersteg jetty and our bathing beach with lakeside pavilion (food & drink) on Lake Ammersee are about a 9-minute walk away. Hiking & biking trails start right at your doorstep. 2 restaurants are located very close by in the village.

Our accommodation is located near Lake Ammer in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in the Ampermoos. Munich can be reached in half an hour by public transport. You'll love our place because of its modern architecture in an old listed farm with a large garden. Our accommodation is well suited for singles, couples and families with children.

A modern and stylishly furnished apartment (approx. 20 m²) awaits you, with a separate kitchen and your own bathroom (shower/toilet), as well as a great private terrace including a gas barbecue, an awning, a table and 2 chairs, and 2 deckchairs...
