The "Alte Dorfschule" is a holiday home dating from 1882, in the heart of the Oberberg region. It has its special charm from its history as a village school and later a pottery – today it is a place that brings generations together. You can expect plenty of space, a 3.60 m wide family bed, a garden, an outdoor sauna and an 8 × 4 m pool. Quietly located, private and ideal for families, friends and shared breaks in the countryside.

My home is located in Mettmann, 5 min from downtown, near Neandertal, Airport Düsseldorf (25 min.) For trade fair guests, couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. A 3 approx. 8 min., A 46 approx. 12 min. S 28 - > Düsseldorf 3 min. Footpath - During the fair times, the booking is desired for the entire duration of the fair time. You will stay in a 32 m² room with a private bathroom (shower & bathtub), a kitchenette and a private balcony in a great villa from the 1930s. Brand new is the sauna hut including a small pool & outdoor shower in the large garden. The house has direct access to the forest and a former pool house, which is used as a small workshop / creative space. The former pool will soon be awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber.

On 3 floors with 26 bright rooms with high ceilings and large windows that create a pleasant living atmosphere. For shared stays: lounge with TV and Wi-Fi available. The fully equipped shared kitchen with several hobs is ideal for self-catering, even for larger groups. There is a bathroom and a toilet on each floor.
