Bright apartment at Sachsenwald

We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The Alstertale shopping centre can be reached by bus in just 3 stops in 6 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes. Norbert Schmidt Airport can be reached by car in just 15 minutes, by public transport in about 30 minutes. The main train station can be reached by bus and train in about 40-50 minutes. Free parking right in front of the house.

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Euch steht ein Schlafzimmer mit einer Kommode, einem Sofa und einem kleinen Tisch, Bad mit Badewanne und Küche mit Herd, Kühl/Gefrierschrank und Mikrowelle zur Verfügung. Das 2. Zimmer und die Kammer habe ich verschlossen, um meine privaten Sachen zu lagern. Der Ofen und Trockner sind leider defekt. Wichtig: absolute Nachtruhe von 22-6 Uhr, nur Nichtraucher

Welcome to our listing. On our former dairy farm between Hamburg and Lübeck, we offer this independent 2-room holiday apartment as a starting point for your adventures in Northern Germany. The former "Old Milk Chamber" was part of the agricultural and livestock farming that has been carried out here on our farm for many generations. Now it has been converted into a holiday apartment. You can park directly in front of the apartment and the bus stop is about 20 metres away.
