Granny apartment on the outskirts of Wangen/Allgäu, right on the meadow, only 15 minutes' walk to the old town. In the basement, but with daylight windows. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom in the hallway. Very quiet. Parking directly on the street (dead end) in front of the house. Wi-Fi, TV. Southeast terrace in front of the house. Only 20 minutes to Lake Constance by car. Also ideal as a base for skiing, hiking, e.g. Zürs/Arberg 1:15h (110km) / Golm 1:00h (93km) / Oberstaufen 0:30h / St. Gallen 1:00h.

A special retreat, located close to the city and at the same time in the middle of nature: This is the Junior Suite (no kitchen) Perfect for travelers who like walking, jogging, cycling, relaxing at Lake Constance (20 min.) or hiking or skiing in the Alps (approx. 1 hr.). Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our peacefully located holiday apartment, about 85 m², is situated in a nature reserve near Ravensburg, offering pure nature - however a car is necessary. The apartment is part of a separate section of our farmhouse and has its own entrance, an idyllic garden area to relax, a barbecue and fire pit, romantic seating areas, sun loungers, parasols and access to a natural stream. Ample parking is available. Picturesque hiking trails start right at the doorstep, inviting you to explore.

Charming clean holiday flat in the middle of green

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in the summer. A baby cot (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

The apartment has a large living/sleeping room with fitted kitchen, bed, closet, dining table with 4 seats as well as a sofa bed with a comfortable topper and TV system. The apartment is an in-law and not suitable for wheelchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower,toilet, washbasin, washing machine, hair dryer and a window. Pets are welcome.
