The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a dining table, a separate dining area, a kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Wörthsee (swimming area) in 5 minutes, S-Bahn connection in about 7 minutes' walking distance (45 minutes to Marienplatz). Restaurants and a pharmacy are also within walking distance. Public parking is possible in the village.

You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

The lake with good swimming opportunities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes' walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

In the family house is the condo "Gemütliches Eck" with 30 m² on the beautiful Lake Wörth. The property is located on a hill and can be reached from the main road. Ideal for nature lovers. The walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train] is 15 minutes. From Steinebach S-Bahn station to Munich Central Station it takes 40 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk. A concrete terrace is available for guests to share. From now on, also SUP board rental. Inquire at least one day in advance.

Our accommodation is located near Lake Ammer in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in the Ampermoos. Munich can be reached in half an hour by public transport.
