Our beach is never crowded — even in the summer, as we're on a stretch in the middle of the island that's sparsely populated with just one row of houses (& adjacent homes aren't rentals). Contemporary décor. Unobstructed ocean views. Private hot outdoor shower. Home is updated on an ongoing basis.
