Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Yucatán Peninsula

Staying with Mary Jo was a great space to end our vacation. After spending a few nights in the jungle, we were very grateful to have found Moms place. And as the name states, we felt right at home. Mary Jo is a beautiful host that had many recommendations for places to visit and eat. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Quintana Roo. Un lugar muy bonito... Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en Casa Akbal y ha sido de lo mejor Lulú es muy atenta a los detalles y sus desayunos quedan riquísimos, te sientes como en casa... Super recomendado, nunca se me ha perdido nada y eso me da la confianza de no tener que esconder algún objeto o algo por el estilo. Lo recomiendo al 1000% Muchas gracias por tus atenciones Lulú ❤️

We didn’t know what to expect but our hosts organized airport pickup and an excursion to Lamanai. The accommodations were great and the location was very nice. Plenty of space to relax. Birds everywhere you look. Robert and Becky were amazing hosts. Very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the optional dinner was also fantastic. Highly recommend!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Stanza molto pulita e letto comodissimo! Abbiamo molto apprezzato le capsule di caffè in omaggio. La posizione richiede di avere una macchina o comunque un mezzo, è in una zona tranquilla ma lontana dal centro e dalle spiagge. Non ci era molto chiaro come funzionasse la colazione e per via degli orari (8-10) noi non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata.

La habitación tiene todo lo que se necesita para descansar. Cuenta con un balcón donde puedes disfrutar una bonita vista hacia la universidad y de la brisa fresca que llega desde el mar. No tiene estacionamiento. Nosotros dejamos el automóvil frente a la casa y no hubo ningún problema. El desayuno incluye fruta, café, té, cereal, leche, pan, mermelada. Sencillo pero a mi parecer suficiente. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y amigables. Nos la pasamos muy bien, especialmente porque son pet-friendly. Definitivamente regresaría.

Great getaway. Low key comfortable accommodations with a good restaurant attached. Spacious bedroom and eat-in kitchen, with two balconies. Comfortable large bed, spacious closets with a safe. A quiet, interesting neighborhood full of locals & expats just across the street from entrance to a beautiful string of family-friendly beaches. A 20 min walk down Avenida 5 to all the noise & nightlife; 45 minute walk to ferry. Christian and his colleagues at the restaurant are lovely folks. Made us feel welcome and right at home.

very nice place, it was clean and the attention was very good, during breakfast I could talk with Francoise and she told me a little about Belize. I will definitely come back.

Remigia the caretaker was amazing and the sweetest lady. She made our trip so delightful. Location is spectacular.

We stayed for 9 nights. Every detail has been attended to resulting in a curated a guest experience a cut above the rest. The pool and enchanting garden have mix of comfortable sunny or shaded seating. Our room was spacious yet homey. An excellent mattress, natural fibre linens, light-blocking curtains, as well as natural insect repellant ensured a great sleep every night. The bathroom had a privacy door and toiletries scented with essential oils. Fluffy towels, facecloths, and even a bath mat added a luxurious touch beyond what one sees in accommodations with a similar price point. The air conditioning and the ceiling fan operate quietly and the fridge is a bonus for keeping drinks cold or takeout fresh. Breakfast is copious and fresh with attractive plating and homemade jams and condiments. The best part of staying at Casa Magu was meeting Mario and Rene. They were welcoming, helpful and generous of their time. We will definitely return and would recommend Casa Magu to anyone.

We had the most magical stay at Casa Mezcla - a beautiful haven. The rooms and outdoor space were stunningly designed, clean, and relaxing. We had a delicious breakfast everyday and really enjoyed just spending time by the pool and on the terrace. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Merida!

What a beautiful place to stay, right across the street from a beach and walkable to the north side. Everyone who worked at Icaco was so helpful and made our stay comfortable and peaceful. Will be back again!

La ubicación del lugar es excelente, cerca del centro y tranquilo. La habitación estaba limpia y el lugar en general también, Ale es super amable. Sin duda nos hospedaremos nuevamente aquí!

Both Eva and her property were amazing. She has such a sweet and warm personality, and she was incredibly communicative. Her instructions were very helpful and she gave a great recommendation for a taxi company. The property itself is a paradise. I fell asleep to the sound of the wind through all the lush vegetation. The inside of her home has so much incredible art! And the breakfast she prepared was fantastic. I was delighted with my stay here and hope to come back.

Loved staying here! The space is beyond beautiful with lots of tropical plants in the garden. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and the location is ideal. Showers had hot water. Wish we would have stayed another night.

Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Raquel war eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin! Aufgrund einer Panne hatte sich unsere Ankunftszeit auf 1 Uhr nachts verschoben - Raquel hat uns trotzdem den Check-In ermöglicht. Das Frühstück war einfach aber sehr gut. Vielen Dank gerne wieder!

Place was amazing! Very cozy. Loved every detail. It was insanely quiet, my friends who live there were even surprised on how serene it was with all the usual construction noise going on. Each casita is evenly spaced. The high ceilings were game changer! The beds were actually really comfortable. I would say bring better lighting if you are a girly wanting to get all ready because once the sun goes down it’s a little harder to see your face clearly in the little mirror they give you! (There’s a full length mirror, bathroom mirror, and a little desk tabletop mirror in each hut)

We enjoyed our stay, we had 10 people it was a mix of teens, adults and 1 child. The house is beautiful, each bedroom was comfortable and had an en-suite bathroom. The first floor provided good space to gather. In the pool there are 2 shallow areas and 1 is usually in the shade and 1 in the sun, this was helpful to have what each individual needed all day. We loved the neighborhood, it is lush with vegetation and lovely sounds of nature. Right outside the gate is an additional development with many great cafes and areas to walk. We really didn’t discover this until the last day. To do over we would’ve utilized this for dinners or breakfasts. The closest cafe was less than a five minute walk. If you have a car this is a great location to get to the beaches or any surrounding area easily. I would easily recommend this home, the pictures accurately represent the property.

c'est rare que je trouve un logement aussi réussi du début jusqu'à la fin. Guillaume et Elisa ont créé un lieu avec beaucoup de goût où chaque détail est pensé. Le jardin est agrémenté de plantes tropicales magnifiques. Vous pouvez manger sur place et tout est fait maison et vraiment délicieux. Le personnel est très gentil. Ils ont une liste de lieux à visiter aux alentours et de restaurants. Merci encore à vous deux

This was my third stay at Endless Summer. I like to think of this property as my home away from home. The onsite manager and housekeeper are very responsive and always so friendly. The grounds are very beautiful as depicted in the photos, and the property is perfect for exploring the town. The rooms are very comfortable and air conditioned, and the roof top pool is awesome. And the hosts are truly terrific! I hope to return later this year for another stay😀

La estancia estuvo de lo mejor. es un cuarto dentro de una casa, la llegada fue fácil es una zona de casas muy bonitas. esta bastante céntrico. el precio bastante bueno para lo que ofrece. Juan Pablo estuvo siempre al pendiente. de las mejores estancias en Mérida.

My stay at Casa Gris was incredible! I chose this beautiful spot in Sitpach, just 20-30 minutes from Mérida, for a peaceful solo retreat. Surrounded by nature, it offered the perfect escape. Meeting Rodolfo, the host, added even more meaning to my stay as I learned about his inspiring vision to support the local community and vision. Ubers made getting around easy, and Rodolfo provided clear directions. He goes above and beyond, offering personalized attention. I opted for him to prepare all my meals, and every dish was fresh, delicious, and made with local ingredients from his garden. Truly restaurant-quality! Rodolfo also organized a magical movie night in the garden with homemade food and drinks, accompanied by his lovable dog, Frida. The spacious, minimalist room was comfortable, offering a restful stay. If you’re seeking a place to recharge and connect with nature while supporting a meaningful cause, Casa Gris is perfect. Had a wonderful stay at Joel’s. Nice and cozy condo. Enjoyed the 2 pools. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Great location.
