Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Yucatán Peninsula

This place is beautiful! Great location in La Veleta, walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with any recommendations you need. Would definitely return!

Very clean. Has everything we need. It was only for one night before the returning flight, but it was absolutely the best night we had for this trip! Highly recommended!

This place was amazing. We loved that it was right on the lagoon, a close walk to the center of the Hotel Zone, and the privacy one in the property was great. There is a plaza right in front of the property that offered multiple dining options and a gas station nearby too. The location was great for walking, and for further areas, Robin was able to provide us with a great contact for rides. The house was unique in that the lower and upper level were connected via a staircase outside, but we didn't use the downstairs so it wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen was perfect size for cooking and the primary bedroom and bathroom were amazing. We enjoyed many nights on the screened in porch and enjoyed our days by the pool and lagoon. This place would be the perfect size for our family of 8. Robin was very responsive once we arrived and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this place as we felt safe, things were convenient, and the whole place was very peaceful and private.

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

We had a great stay here. Lesley was extremely helpful, as was the cleaning and maintenance staff. This is a great location if you’d like to be closer to town, but perhaps less so if you want to be super close to the beach (it’s not far, just know it’s not really walkable). Right around the corner is Palma Central which is a great place to go dancing! Plenty of parking options here as well.

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

My stay at this Airbnb was a very pleasant experience. From the time of arrival, everything was well organized and communication with the host was clear and efficient. The installation was in excellent condition, with clean and well equipped spaces, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is another strong point as it is in an accessible and safe area, which allowed me to move easily to different points of interest without worries. As for safety, the place has good access and a quiet environment, which gave me confidence throughout my stay. In addition, the neighborhood is nice and has nearby amenities such as shops and public transportation, making the experience easier. I would definitely consider coming back on a future visit.

Our entire stay at the villa was just incredible. The villa itself felt so private and safe, and was spotless and had everything we needed. The team was SO helpful to us in planning activities, making reservations, booking transportation, chef services, etc. This was really a full service experience and it made our trip SO much better. I would definitely try to book here again the next time we come to Tulum — it was incredible!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Akbal. Gabriela was very attentive and communicative. Poncho did an excellent job keeping the house clean and was helpful. The house itself is in a gated community in town. We felt safe and secure with the guard and access to the house. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Nicely landscaped. Very clean. It’s about 20 minutes drive to the Tulum beach area if that is of any importance. We thought the chef was included in the cost of the rental, which it is not. However, we did hire the chef services recommended for several meals. Well worth it! The chef was friendly, accommodating and such a nice treat to not have to cook or clean up after ourselves. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next trip to Tulum!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Camacho! The location was perfect for us. We loved that it was in a quiet area, yet walkable to coffee and restaurants. (Loved to go for coffee at Lacandona coffee bus and breakfast or tacos at Rancho Capricho). We rented a golf cart and really liked that it only took 20 min to get to the other end of the island. We had a small group, so we had more than enough space but hope to come back with a bigger group. The house is set up perfectly for a larger group. We loved the pool and the roof top hot tub. The views from the roof were amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice place good location. Any issues or questions we had were promptly addressed would be a great location for multiple couples due to plenty of space and privacy areas.

We loved our stay here! It’s a beautifully designed house, even more spacious than you realize from the photos. We enjoyed the thoughtful outdoor spaces, especially the large open sliders, outdoor dining area, and breezy rooftop. There are plenty of places to bask in the sunshine or escape to the shade. We also thought the location was great, with a variety of eating options including several delicious street vendors just around the corner. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

Christiane was very responsive, Yesica and Nicola were very helpful when we asked for help, clean the pool, etc... They are constantly cleaning the property. The house is absolutely beautiful just like the pictures. We felt very safe as it is in a secure complex. A 5 minute walk to the main street and 10 minute walk to some really great restaurants. A wonderful fresh fruit/vegie stand right across the street :) There was one thing that could help is putting a handle on the last bedroom sliding door as my friend had to close it for me every night. Nothing to do with the house as it was really perfect , is there is a night club on the street behind that is VERY loud and goes till wee hours in the morning every night, so bring earplugs.

This house is excellent! Don't think twice to book. You can't beat this beach access and pool. Rooms are spacy with private bathrooms for all. Plenty of area's for the whole family to hang out. Camille was an excellent host, very accommodating, provided filtered water and brought extra towels right away when we asked :)

It was very quiet and interesting. Hector was a great host and made everything for us to feel comfortable. We were very warmly welcomed, got recommendations for our further trip and some information about Yucatan. You have to know that you are staying in a forest and it can of course be that you meet some small animals, but this is no problem.

Incredible experience in a tropical paradise! 🌴✨ Our stay in this cabin was everything we expected and more. We travel in a group and the cabin turned out to be the perfect space for us. The 4 private rooms, each with its own private bathroom, were a true luxury. It allowed us to have our own privacy while sharing amazing moments together. The rooms are comfortable, cool (thanks to the air conditioning) and very cozy, ideal for resting after a day of activities. The saloon is another highlight. With a spacious dining room and a very comfortable living room, it became our favorite place to gather, laugh, play board games, and plan our adventures. The air conditioning made the ambiance perfect, we felt right at home! The garden full of tropical plants loved everyone. Also, we felt safe and comfortable at all times. This place is definitely perfect for groups. Magda's service 10/10!!

Our family of five loved staying at My Jungle Niche. The location was easy to find, convenient to interesting sights, and felt very private. The beds were comfortable, including the fold-out couch, and the a/c worked well. The place was nicely designed, and had lots of thoughtful touches including games, coffee and tea, and field guides for Belize mammals and birds. We would definitely love to stay here again!

As soon as we arrived on the beautiful grounds of Maria's cabanas, we were relaxed, everywhere exotic trees and flowers, no need for music, birdsong, very relaxing. The cabanas were equipped with all the necessary amenities, we had a comfortable stay. Outside, a nice covered terrace with furniture as well as a charcoal grill. Maria welcomed us very warmly when we arrived and was available to help us if we needed it. Manuel the caretaker is a really nice man, discreet but always attentive. A lovely pool is accessible on the property. The beautiful Chen Rio beach is a 5 minute drive away, it is perfect for a family with children. We didn't want to leave and look forward to staying again.

Ricky was such a helpful and kind host! We felt right at home and loved being in such a peaceful and beautiful location outside of the main city. The staff even accommodated our early schedule for breakfast and the food was so delicious. Highly recommend this stay if you can rent a scooter/buggy to get around!
