Amazing property with incredible views. Literally steps from the water. Excellent accessibility for guided fishing in addition to being able to fish right off of the private dock. Barbara and Charlene were incredibly friendly and helpful. If our group returns to Belize, this is where we will stay.

Great place at Residencias Reef on Cozumel, I have stayed in this complex before they use to have a pier that belonged to the property but I believe it was washed away in 2020. If you are a diver you can still be picked up at Secrets pier next door but it will cost you 10 bucks each time. You do need a car here or the cab fares will drain your wallet. The property is beautiful, clean and well decorated. We would stay here again

We LOVED staying at Elizabeth’s place. This building is amazing because of its views, pool and beach. We only had a party of two so we loved having separate rooms. I will never get over the view from the master bedroom! Beach access was so easy and we loved just walking up and down to find restaurants. There was a ferry to isla mujeres right next door so we also utilized that. The rooms were very nice and clean! Elizabeth is so quick at replying and helped us even weeks before our trip. We even got our airport rides through her! She had everything we could’ve needed for a 5 day stay. I could see this being a great place for a family of four or five staying, or, like us, young women looking to relax! We ate out for most meals as we didn’t want to uber to a grocery store but there was plenty of convenience stores and restaurants near us. Stay here and enjoy this beautiful area of Cancun!! Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

Perfect location in Playacar. It’s easy to walk to town but yet a gated and quiet place at night! Loved the stay and would return or maybe even buy a place here. It’s the best of all worlds and a great complex.

We stayed at Thomas' place with another couple for 2 nights before our flight home. The condo is set up nicely for 2 couples with 2 ensuites and a main washroom. The view from every room is spectacular and we spent much of our time on the deck. The rooftop pool area is gorgeous with lots of cozy corners sit off on your own. We didn't have a car so it was great to walk right across the street to the beach. We also wandered down to the marina area and had a lovely meal at Krudo's Raw Bar & Grill. We had a small translation moment at check in but Thomas responded very quickly. The staff at reception are friendly and super helpful. We are so pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

We needed a day to continue enjoying the stay in Oscar's apartment and the beautiful beaches of Progreso. Oscar is a very good host for being aware and taking care of every detail of the place. Totally recommended and of course we will return God through. 😃

Maria Elena was the kindest and warmest host I have ever met! She was incredibly responsive, communicative and helpful! Unfortunately, half my family was sick while we were there, and her care and concern were so appreciated! The place was great and comfortable - it's in a part of Cancun that is more residential/less touristy, and with a car, you can explore a lot of things. She was so wonderful and we would love to return to this or any other place she hosts!

Agustin and his team were fantastic for the entirety of our trip! This trip will always hold a special place in our hearts! Hope to be back soon!

Can’t say enough about how great Kurt & Lyn’s place is, they are perfect hosts. So nice to have chairs to take to the beach, (which is a 2 minute walk away), bicycles to use, a nice size pool to swim in, comfy chairs for happy hour & of course a great pickle ball court to use. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. Nice to have a full size fridge & washing machine in the apartment too. Thank you so much Kurt & Lyn for making our first stay in Progreso a good one, we will be back!

We stayed at Margot’s place in the lead up to Christmas. It was a great location with off street parking, quite a big place with nice comfy beds, great washing machine and dryer and access to a beautiful pool. There was also a Christmas market happening nightly within walking distance, which my kids really enjoyed. Thanks for having us.

This is our second stay at Laura & Edouard’s wonderful oasis! We loved the space and they were extremely great hosts. Very easy to communicate with and they responded immediately (they live in the unit but are very unobtrusive and don’t bother you at all unless you have a concern but at the same time very open and welcoming. They had a taxi driver who took us to dive each day and to the airport at the end of our trip. The bedrooms are large and very well air conditioned. It’s also an excellent value. Would absolutely stay here again. I left a hat and towel the first time I stayed and they saved it for me so I got it on our second visit! This is maybe the fifth place I’ve stayed in Cozumel and it’s definitely my favorite!

The condo was in a great location and walkable to restaurants, grocery and shops. The condo was clean and spacious. The roof top patio and pool were fantastic. A great place with a large, walk out patio. Nice to have 24 hour security too.

Nice and clean place, looks just like the photos. We loved that it was located right in the heart of playa del carmen, 1 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The parking garage provided a great sense of security and safety. Just a great stay all the way around!

We had a great stay! The pictures are accurate and you get exactly what they show - beautiful! We enjoyed the private pool, the rooftop pool and great water pressure in the shower. From what we could see, this Airbnb was the nicest one on the property as it had the nice private pool. The team was always so responsive and helped us organize scooter rentals and transportation back to Playa Del Carmen afterwards. Can’t say enough good things!

Unbeatable, the perfect place, quiet, safe, the beautiful apartment, with all the amenities, the excellent parking, the host always cared for us, upon our arrival we found a welcome card, chocolates and a complimentary bottle of wine. We congratulate the host Bruno on his excellence. I recommend it 100%.

The host was very attentive and made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment was clean, and had several towels and extra blankets with coffee and water available. We love how it's in the center of everything and in walking distance to restaurants. We will definitely come back in the future!

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved this place. Everything we needed for 2.5 weeks was within walking distance. Car rentals, Walmart, 5th Avenue, restaurants are all within a few blocks to this condo. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience PDC. Thank you so much for having us!
