Good accommodation, they were always attentive to what we needed from before we arrived, excellent communication and support.

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

This is my third time staying at Ipana but first time at the Enrique’s place. Great spacious apartment, comfortable furniture. The neighbourhood, condo facilities are amazing. Security staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Sublime listing, as described. Well located despite access that can be difficult by car to the street. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Bikes are a real plus to get around. The accommodation was a real plus for our stay in Tulum. Thanks again for being able to host us at the last minute.

This was a very nice apartment and complex. The design of both was great. Our toddler aged daughter loved the pool and playground. There are friendly families in the complex who are full time residents, which was great. The apartment had everything that we needed. We had a couple of hiccups with entering the neighborhood. Some security guards would insist that everyone in the car wear their bracelets as well as show the QR codes that Olivia provides. This was frustrating but Olivia did everything she could to address it. After the first incident, we fastened the bracelets loosely and slipped them on just before approaching the gate. he neighborhood and condo have their own rules that must be followed. Some of the pool furniture could use a refresh. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The neighborhood was nice. You can walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Overall, Olivia was a great host and we recommend this home.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

very comfortable, great location. LOTS of good food in walking distance. the pools are all more plunge pools than actual pools. That being said on a hot tulum day, they still feel good.

We had a great time. Lovely and comfortable house. Linda was helpful and quite prompt for the minimal issues or questions we had. The house was in a very good location. We had 4 people there and it was very private the way it was laid out (2 levels)

This bnb is located in the Oleo resort. It’s about ten min fr the airport and is one of the first resorts when you enter the hotel zone. I liked that it was away from all the noise. There is a bus stop right out front. We rode about halfway then got off bc the bus was very bumpy and makes a lot of stops. It’s only $1 so you can’t complain. There are two restaurant across from the bnb. You can’t purchase food or drinks unless it’s breakfast unless you do the all inclusive. Not a deal breaker, as the bnb has a cooler and there is a gas station across. There is a bistro and a gift shop you can buy snacks from. Over all the bnb has everything we needed. Host was super responsive. Would maybe like to stay again in a room that had a balcony.

The apartment is very nice and just like the photos. It's located in an unbeatable place, close to everything. Irene was very kind at all times and was always attentive to us having a good stay. I would definitely stay there again.

We completely loved & enjoyed our stay here, we were greeted by Meli's son Patricio who provided clear instructions gave us a tour of the condominium, its amenities and a tour of our condo. We will definitely be returning, the market, the bars, stores, etc were all walking distance. There's also a restaurant in the lobby area which has amazing food and service. Overall our stay was amazing!! Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant and peaceful!

When the place is very safe and with a lot of vigilance. Very nice place, super comfortable and quiet accommodation. The appliances are quite useful. The attention of the hosts I rate it as excellent as always pending questions that arose. The amenities of the condominium we managed to enjoy it smoothly. And we managed to fully enjoy our stay. The tour to parks, beaches, malls, all relatively close.

The place is very nice, I went with my family and we felt right at home. It has all the amenities and provide many things that serve you to occupy on the beach. Alonso answered the questions we had very soon. Excellent and comfortable place, I would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend it

Rays place is a great place for a couple get away to relax and unwind the pictures in the photo matches the description of the place. the upstairs rooftop is amazing and well decorated, the jacuzzi and sauna was very relaxing we will definitely come back my wife loved the place so much. The space was properly utilized thanks for hosting us Ray!

Angela's place is magnificent, because it is a very well-kept house in details, very clean, you really feel at home, the decor is very nice and you feel very comfortable. I am fascinated by the location because it is very close to xcaret, xplore, and other parks, there are shopping malls and supers relatively close. There is pool in the private, it is safe. Angela is very ready for your needs.

Great place great host , however it is located in region 15 for those that don’t know it’s quite an underdeveloped area in Tulum and hard to get to and move around in. But if you like being secluded in the jungle the place is great!

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!

Beautiful stay! Constant ocean sounds; lovely view can’t be beat. We chose not to rent a car and did fine with bus, walking, and Uber. Hot water takes a few minutes in the showers, but then there’s plenty of it. Handy Oxxo convenience store in walking distance, and a great restaurant for sunset dining. Kitchen had all we needed for food prep on site. Beautiful beach and pool. Responsive hosts!
