Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Yucatán Peninsula

I had a great time. The place was clean easy to access. Roger was always available and he also connected us with Ariel for a boat ride to see the Flamingos, cocodrilos, pelicans, eagles, ibis, fragatas and a horseshoe crab and many other birds. The boat and deck were across the street from the hotel. Price was reasonable.

Staying with Mary Jo was a great space to end our vacation. After spending a few nights in the jungle, we were very grateful to have found Moms place. And as the name states, we felt right at home. Mary Jo is a beautiful host that had many recommendations for places to visit and eat. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Quintana Roo. It was the perfect place to stay. They were very helpful and always greeted me every time I arrived. I felt very safe and right at home.

We didn’t know what to expect but our hosts organized airport pickup and an excursion to Lamanai. The accommodations were great and the location was very nice. Plenty of space to relax. Birds everywhere you look. Robert and Becky were amazing hosts. Very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the optional dinner was also fantastic. Highly recommend!

Great getaway. Low key comfortable accommodations with a good restaurant attached. Spacious bedroom and eat-in kitchen, with two balconies. Comfortable large bed, spacious closets with a safe. A quiet, interesting neighborhood full of locals & expats just across the street from entrance to a beautiful string of family-friendly beaches. A 20 min walk down Avenida 5 to all the noise & nightlife; 45 minute walk to ferry. Christian and his colleagues at the restaurant are lovely folks. Made us feel welcome and right at home.

Our stay with Eva and Kurt was THE HIGHLIGHT of our trip to Cancun. We were welcomed with warmth and joy, and we spent our stay enjoying the peaceful and magical jungle that surrounds their home. We both agreed that we wish we had just stayed here for our entire trip. It is an OASIS and a gorgeous memory that we will always cherish. Book this place! You’ll love it!

What a beautiful place to stay, right across the street from a beach and walkable to the north side. Everyone who worked at Icaco was so helpful and made our stay comfortable and peaceful. Will be back again!

The room has everything you need to rest. It has a balcony where you can enjoy a nice view towards the university and the fresh breeze that comes from the sea. It does not have parking. We left the car in front of the house and there was no problem. Breakfast includes fruit, coffee, tea, cereal, milk, bread, jam. Simple, but I think it's enough. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. We had great time, especially since they're pet-friendly. Definitely coming back.

Very good place to stay. Simple but with all amenities. Alejandra, the lady who prepares breakfast is very friendly and is always attentive. Alberto communicates very well and he was very nice too. Close to downtown and away from the hustle, you can rest super well. I would come back again.

We had an incredible two night stay here, we could not recommend it more highly. The staff were attentive, always smiling and helpful. We are travelling with our 8 month old baby, a cot and high chair were provided and the staff were so sweet with him. The room itself is absolutely gorgeous, we especially loved the bath. The gardens are beautifully kept, we loved having breakfast and dinner outside. The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious. Feels very authentically mexican in terms of decoration, vibrant colours. The staff also helped us organise a cenote tour and a taxi to the train station. Truly one of the most wonderful air BnB/mini hotels we have had the pleasure of staying in, we hope to return one day!

We stayed for 9 nights. Every detail has been attended to resulting in a curated a guest experience a cut above the rest. The pool and enchanting garden have mix of comfortable sunny or shaded seating. Our room was spacious yet homey. An excellent mattress, natural fibre linens, light-blocking curtains, as well as natural insect repellant ensured a great sleep every night. The bathroom had a privacy door and toiletries scented with essential oils. Fluffy towels, facecloths, and even a bath mat added a luxurious touch beyond what one sees in accommodations with a similar price point. The air conditioning and the ceiling fan operate quietly and the fridge is a bonus for keeping drinks cold or takeout fresh. Breakfast is copious and fresh with attractive plating and homemade jams and condiments. The best part of staying at Casa Magu was meeting Mario and Rene. They were welcoming, helpful and generous of their time. We will definitely return and would recommend Casa Magu to anyone.

Excellent service excellent in everything

We had a lovely stay at Rodolfo’s place. Everything is gorgeous! He’s a great cook and it was so nice to be taken care of after being on the road for a couple weeks. And we fell in love with the fur babies. Highly recommend a stay here!

Paul's exceptional guide to his boutique hotel was beatifully designed and organized. It offered recommendations for where to eat for every meal, where to rent golf carts, locations of pharmacies, etc. It even had a page about his background, his love for Isla Mujeres and buying this building in 2024. This hotel is absolutely magical, impeccably clean and Paul's bathroom upgrades are amazing!

Had a wonderful stay at Joel’s. Nice and cozy condo. Enjoyed the 2 pools. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Great location.
