The area is ideal for hiking, biking or relaxing in nature. The apartment is part of a small farm (Icelandic horses and sheep) about 4km outside of Gersbach in the south of the Black Forest. Das zentral gelegene traditionelle Gasthaus „Zur Krone“ in Zell im Wiesental wurde in den letzten beiden Jahren kernsaniert. Im ehemaligen Dachstuhl enstand die sich über zwei Ebenen erstreckende Maisonette-Wohnung. Die erhaltene alte Balkenkonstruktion gibt der Wohnung ein einzigartiges Raumklima. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Gasthaus, in dem Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts selbstgebrautes Bier aus der im Keller befindlichen eigenen Brauanlage genießen können.

The resort for nature lovers is located in the middle of the Southern Black Forest Biosphere Reserve. Above the cloud sea of the Rhine plain stands our beautiful forest house. Start your hikes right outside the door on the Westweg, or mountain bike tour through the Black Forest. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30min. To Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour. Feldberg 45 minutes. Attention: Swimming pool Schweigmatt only for club members.

Pfaffenberg is a small village at 700 meters above sea level above the Wiesen Valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.

The special highlight: The living room has its own fireplace and many books to browse. Each room is filled with light, air & lightness. From each room you can directly access a balcony overlooking the beautiful nature. Hiking trails start right by the house.

You will stay in a 2-room apartment at the foot of the Belchen. The apartment offers a large bedroom, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a living-dining room. With a large veranda facing south as well as a large patio with fire pit/grill and direct access to free parking, we offer our guests the perfect starting point to explore the Black Forest. We allow a dog to be brought along as a pet.

Outskirts in a very sunny location. Infrastructure with shops (Edeka, bakery, butcher, restaurants …), large playground, mini-golf, tennis. Hiking, cycling, culture (Basel, Freiburg, B Säckingen), …In winter cross-country skiing, 2 ski lifts, sledding, ice rink open, swimming pool,…HOUSE RULES are accepted WITH RESERVATION, see photo. Tourist tax 2 EUR/person/night. Children < 6 exempt.

Old town ambiance in the Chupferschmied

Brightness and an unusual spatial geometry combined with historical building and furnishing elements welcome guests and make them curious for more. The view from the apartment lets the senses wander over the fountain square and the much-noticed Lenkplastik. The central yet quiet location conveys old town ambiance and the feeling of being secluded and yet in the middle of it all.

Favorite retreat:-) "Our Alpine view" in Todtmoos is a little gem for us - whether with children or alone, in spring, summer, autumn or winter, we always have a wonderful, relaxing time here. We want to share this and want our guests to do the same. ... at the moment we are looking forward to bright, warm summer days and clear nights with many shooting stars up here!
