Mettlenhof or the Mettlen Farm is a hand built, restored farmhouse in Mettlen, Schopfheim, Baden Württemberg. Rebuilt by the hosts with traditional craft and natural materials, it’s a light filled home for up to 10 guests, with floor to ceiling windows over rolling hills, Icelandic horses and Scottish Blackface sheep. Schwarzwaldhaus Schönbühl, in addition to its ideal location, with views over the climatic spa town of Todtmoos and the pilgrimage church, offers a unique feel-good atmosphere. Originally built as a sanatorium, it was run as a pension for decades. For almost 100 years, people have felt comfortable here, spent their holidays here and recovered. From the sunny southern slope of the Todtmooser Valley, it is a few steps to the town center with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants.

Pfaffenberg is a small village at 700 meters above sea level above the Wiesen Valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.

Our apartment "Salesia" is centrally located to the center of Todtmoos. The spa gardens, playground, mini golf and the pedestrian zone of Todtmoos are within walking distance. The vacation rental is located in a house with a total of 3 residential units and is on the first floor. From the living room you have direct access to the garden. Ideal starting point for hiking, skiing or sledding, Badeparadies Schwarzwald 40 minutes by car.

Münstertal - At home by the rushing stream

The cozy, newly renovated attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The house is right on the stream. From the balcony you can see meadows, garden, stream and Black Forest mountains. Münstertal offers many opportunities for hiking on the Belchen or Schauinsland mountains.Hiking trails right at your doorstep. Mountain biking is popular in the Black Forest. Ski lifts can be reached in less than 30 minutes.

Favorite retreat:-) "Our Alpine view" in Todtmoos is a little gem for us - whether with children or alone, in spring, summer, autumn or winter, we always have a wonderful, relaxing time here. We want to share this and want our guests to do the same. ... at the moment we are looking forward to clear, sunny and warm autumn days - the best hiking weather!

The A5 and A98 highways can be reached in no time, Basel and France can be reached in just a few minutes! The accommodation is designed for two people, Not suitable for children.
