Situated on the outskirts of a Tyrolian mountain village this place offers you a wonderful-broad view. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

The Zirbenchalet is located in one of the oldest traditional Tyrolean farms in the centre of Bad Mehrn, a sunny side valley of the Alpbach Valley. The Obergruben is the ideal starting point for nature researchers (historical mining & fossils), recreation seekers (hiking & swimming) as well as active sports enthusiasts of all kinds. The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest town in Austria (approx. 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
