Holiday rentals with beach access in Zrće Beach

Diana and her husband were very nice, helpful and always available. The place was one of the best we've ever had. Super clean, well equipped and well maintained. Can recommend it 100%.

Thank you for a lovely stay! Everything was as described, the apartment clean and also well equipped. It is a quiet, family place - a great bay for swimming, snorkeling, sup, boating. From the jetty of the private beach you can jump into the water and enjoy the sun ☀️The pool is filled with fresh water daily and is great for small children. 🐳 Nearby there are two restaurants, no supermarket - the nearest shops are best reached by car in about 10- 15 min. For this you are away from the hustle and bustle of the party town of Novalija and can enjoy nature. The sunsets are spectacular. The entrances to the water and also the gardens are beautifully designed and well maintained. Unfortunately, we did not have Wi-Fi in the top apartment - access to the network only on the ground floor / garden. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and warm. Always available. 🤗 You feel welcome :) We will always be happy to come back! Thank you so much for the lovely holiday! ☀️

The apartment was very clean and functionally furnished and the two of us felt very comfortable. Excellent is the view from the terrace over the sea to the opposite island of Pag - magnificent sunsets! The ferry to Pag was right in the village, further below - the crossing is very worthwhile. Prizna is a small, extremely quiet village. Good starting point to explore North Dalmatia (Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica Gorge, Velebit mountains, islands of Pag and Rab, Zadar, etc.). The communication with Jens and Lida was warm, quick and uncomplicated and they had nice tips ready for us.

Perfect location, right on the promenade, a few minutes walk to the “action”, bars and restaurants. Great beaches in the immediate vicinity (12-15 minutes by car to Zrce Beach and Jadra bay). Walking distance to the Babe Beach, with water jumping castle for Children or just the small narrow beach section right outside the front door. The beach in front of the house was relatively crowded, but we also liked to use it if we only wanted to stay in the apartment on the balcony due to the great view - a great cooling right outside the door. Quiet house as it was inhabited only by owners (not a noisy house with party neighbors). All in all, we liked to use the apartment so much because of the location and the beautiful view, so that we also spontaneously enjoyed the sunset from home in the evening instead of walking into town. The apartment was well equipped and clean. We will be happy to come back!

Would go again every time, perfect for partying at Zrće Beach.

The place looked great in the pictures and our expectations were absolutely met. The apartment was cozy and wonderfully clean. The terrace was equipped with a table and chairs, we ate there almost every evening at sunset. The absolute highlight was of course the private beach section, where we didn't miss anything. Many thanks to the hosts who were always friendly and helpful. We felt right at home!

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. Beautiful calm place with amazing beach and fire place. Marija is very nice host that even cooked for us a seafood dish and we would like to come back as this is that kind of place that I would like to see again. Good luck to You Marija and All the best! Hopefully see you again soon! :)

All in all we had a very pleasant stay. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos and description. Bojan herself was not there, so his mother took care of everything on site. You could still always reach him directly and ask questions and also got an answer within an hour. The accommodation is not very luxurious but for us as a party vacationer it was completely sufficient.

Alma is a very friendly woman who has given us a lot of tips. We had an issue in the bathroom with leaking water. This issue was resolved by a handyman within a few hours. Unfortunately, I had to clean the coffee maker myself, which was very dirty. There were coffee filters from Alma for this... as there was also no one to buy on the whole island. The best part is the view from the balcony. Simply fantastic. Enjoyed the evenings on the balcony. For our baby there was even a high chair which was very positive. thank you Alma

Great place, place, beach by the apartment, apartment location. The only problem was with the neighbors above us, who unfortunately couldn't keep the quiet hours, and so 2 nights were intermittent sleep. On the other hand, the nightlife to this city probably currently belongs :-)

A great house close to all the amenities and yet secluded, where you have your privacy and don't even have to move from the house. The hostess Karla was extremely helpful and sweet! 10/10

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Ilija's apartment :) Great location, bakery and shop is near, private beach, clear water. Ilija is amazing host! The apartment is big enough and has a great view from terrace. Thank you for a really nice trip!

Great Airbnb with quality materials everywhere. The appartment is spacious for 4 people and could accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed is actually confortable. The property offers a private jacuzzi. Perfect if you are visiting Pag island or Novalja but you must have a car or take an Uber but it wasn’t a big deal since we had a car and we were taking Uber at night. The host is very reactive. I would recommend this property 💯

We had amazing time in Ribarica. It was exactly what we were looking for. Picturesque place, peaceful and quiet .And Neven’s place was really great. It had all facilities we needed . The balcony was really big. And the apartment was jus a few steps away from a lovely beach . We really recommend this place 🩷

Very nice apartment and close to the village with a beautiful view

Beautiful, clean, tasteful, and well-equipped beachfront accommodation. Quiet location. Private beach, but designed for multiple apartments. It was pretty crowded for our dates. At times, we had trouble finding between all the private sun loungers, which no one was on for most of the day anyway, a place to lie down. The apartment was really nice and very well equipped!

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.

Very nice hostess who lives on the upper floor of the house. She welcomed us with a liquor and also provided Tiramisu. Despite living in the house, we had our privacy. We felt very comfortable.
