In the immediate vicinity, there is the possibility of taking long walks in the countryside, for example on the banks of the Mulde. In addition, Zwickau offers many attractive sights, such as the Robert Schumann House, August Horch Museum or the Priesterhäuser.

The cosy living room/bedroom is equipped with a TV, sofa and bed. In the bedroom, there are two single beds, chests of drawers and a wardrobe.
