Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Cozy 2-room apartment near the city center. Supermarket, small kiosk, ice cream shop and hospital around the corner. Public transport is a 5-10 minute walk away. Plauen city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. We offer a fully furnished apartment that is perfect for short trips or long stays. Families are also always welcome with us. On request, there is also a baby travel bed. We are also happy to welcome international guests.

Welcome to the smaller of the two "LITTLE FOX CABINS" - our cozy tiny house on the edge of the Ore Mountains! Enjoy the blazing fire in the stove inside or in the open fireplace in your own gazebo or the sunset from our wonderful view. Simply wow! Sit back and relax in our idyllic accommodation. Whether alone or with friends - here you can relax on the balcony or take a leisurely stroll in nearby forests and parks or the adjacent Erzgebirge. If you want to be a little more active, this place is the perfect starting point for hiking tours in the Erzgebirge, a trip to the reservoir, the cities of Chemnitz or Zwickau or the Sachsenring.

Green cottage under Klínovec

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
