Features a swimming pool, but there is also a nearby bathing lake and Hamresanden beach, and it is a short drive to Sørlandssenteret and Dyreparken (zoo). Great hiking area in the woods behind the house. Close to a football pitch, a padel court and an outdoor gym. Four bedrooms, three of which are approximately 14 m² in size and have 120 x 200 cm beds, and one room is approximately 14 m² in size with a 180 x 210 cm bed. In the cinema the room, there is a simple sofa bed. A foldable cot is available if required, as well as two air mattresses.

Living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor. 2 bathrooms, one on the 1st floor with shower and one on the 2nd floor with bathtub. Large garden with covered terrace, barbecue, trampoline, sandbox, badminton, etc. Hot tub for up to 6 adults. We have a nice cat that loves children and is very cuddly, it is mostly out during the summer. Quiet child-friendly neighborhood. Street down the house where the kids can cycle etc. playground and football field. As well as a store 3 min walk away.
