This cozy ground floor apartment is in the heart of Ahrweiler's historic old town. From here, restaurants, cafes, festivals, guided tours, hiking trails, bus and train are within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with everything that makes a successful vacation: 2 bedrooms, sofa bed, large kitchen-living room, coffee machine, infrared sauna, terrace, Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs and a parking space right by the house. For our little guests there is a travel cot, a high chair and toys.

Das Objekt wurde im Jahr 2018 fertiggestellt und beinhaltet insgesamt 3 Etagenwohnungen sowie ein Penthaus. Das Penthaus weißt eine Größe von ca. 100qm auf und wird mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Bademäntel an unsere Gäste übergeben. Im Parkdeck befinden sich die kostenpflichtige, abgeschlossenen sowie überdachten Stellplätze für Ihren PKW (10€ pro Tag/Nacht) Pro Gast und Nacht wird von der Stadt Bad Neuenahr eine Kurtaxe erhoben. Diese ist bei Anreise zu zahlen.

Comfortable holiday home in the heart of old town Ahrweiler. Completly remodeled appartment in a landmarked town house of 1765. The station is just about 5 minutes away. This also apllies to the famous "Rotweinwanderweg". For a fast shopping or a cup of coffee you just have to leave the front door. Free WiFi available. It's a quiet place but right in the middle.
