The little house in the Pomona Valley

Relax with family at this peaceful home with large wooden deck where the sun reaches from morning till night. The plot is fenced so you can have your dog on your holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove and microwave and in the bathroom there is in addition to the toilet and sink also a bathtub. By bike or on foot you reach Sweden's most beautiful beach in Knäbäckshusen in 10 minutes and in the village there is the French crêperie and Mandelman's gardens. The beds are located in a sleeping loft that is reached by stairs.

Cottage in Juleboda/ Österlen next to Maglehem & sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Open plan cottage 40 m², just 100 m from the beach

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the smaller one on the left. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a sleeping loft (double bed, but adults cannot stand up). Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

Stort soldäck med havsutsikt, kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning med panoramasikt ut över havet, dubbelsäng eller två enkelsängar på övre plan samt bäddsoffa på nedre plan med tillhörande extra säng, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, kyl/frys & diskmaskin. Städ som tillval 600:- SEK Sänglinne och badlakan 200 SEK /person Båtplats med tillhörande båt för uthyrning 3 st underbara restauranger i gångavstånd från huset samt badstrand.

An imaginative home right by the sandy beach on the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility should be placed in one place, this is it. Here, fantastic walking and biking paths await just outside the door. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that transcends in the beautiful "Grönet" which offers both lovely swimming at cliffs or quiet, peaceful walks along the sea. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Wonderful villa in Österlen, 150 meters from the sea

Welcome to a wonderful vacation home located by one of Sweden’s most beautiful beaches – Kyhls strand in Österlen. The surrounding is characterized by the beautiful, snow-white and miles long sand beach, drift hills and the beach forest. The sea bath is very shallow and therefore perfectly suited for families with children. The house is located at a 1 600 sqm lush yard with only 150 m to the beach.

Please note that during the summer of 2025 we rent out full weeks (change on Sundays) during the period: July 20th - August 17th A guest house built in 2020 just 250m from the wonderful beach. The 32m² is wisely planned and sleeps two bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with washing machine. The morning and morning sun lights up the 35m² wooden deck.

Our guesthouse i 50 kvm and in very good shape. Kitchen/bedrooms/tvlounge in the same big room. It is 3,5 km to the city Ystad! And the beach is 25 meters from our house. We also have a terrace you can use. Just a 10 min drive from us is Abbekås golfbana. The railway is close to the house and can be disturbing. Notice that towels and sheets are NOT included.
