A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

Finns även två bäddsoffor som extrabäddar i enkelrummen. Balkong i masterbedroom. Fullutrustat kök. Braskamin. Uteplats med grill och mysig eldstad. Vedeldad badtunna där du kan bada med utsikt över sjön. En roddbåt och en kanot inkl flytvästar ingår. Kajaker finns att hyra mot tillägg. El-laddare till bil finns mot avgift.

Fish in the lake (pike, perch, zander, etc). Hike in the beatiful nature or take a trip with the boat at the lake. A perfect place for relaxing and just beeing. Hässleholm 16 km far away. Ett gästhus byggt 2020 bara 250m från den underbara stranden. De 32m² är klokt planerade och rymmer två sovrum, kök med diskmaskin och badrum med tvättmaskin. Morgon- och förmiddagssolen lyser upp trädäcket på 35m².
