Die Wohnung hat 55 qm und ist voll ausgestattet. 1 Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, 1 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne, Küche und Flur. Vom Flur aus begeht man alle Zimmer. Somit kann man im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer getrennt schlafen. Solltet ihr schon in der Früh ankommen oder am Abreisetag länger in der Wohnung bleiben wollen, lasst es mich wissen, wenn keine neuen Anreisen anstehen mache ich alles möglich. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 100 Meter von der U2 Theresienstraße entfernt.

Schöne 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung - sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen in der Nähe der Bavaria / Theresienwiese - für einen Kurzbesuch im schönen München oder auch für länger! Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG (mit Aufzug), ist sehr hell, hat ca. 44 qm und einen großen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne mit einem Daybed sowie einem kleinen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Modern, stylisch und absolut neuwertig möbliert mit Boxspringbett, Ess-/Arbeitstisch, Küchenzeile, Duschbad, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, etc.

My non-smoking home is in the green Gröbenzell, you can easily walk in a few minutes to Munich. Public transport is available. There are several restaurants nearby (Chinese, Greek, Italian, Bavarian) The apartment has a garden. Directly behind the house (10 meters!) Is an exclusive gym with wellness area (fee / day about 18 euros). Many shopping possibilities (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Deichmann, Tengelmann etc.) within 5 minutes walk.
