Our freshly renovated 50 sqm flat in Dinkelscherben offers modern comfort for families, couples, business travelers, and nature lovers. It features a bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and living area, plus coffee machine, kettle, microwave, projector, hairdryer, iron and Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to 5, baby cot on request, pets welcome. Blackout curtains, insect screens, and a 15-minute walk to the train station. Our home is cozy and welcoming – just as it was designed for families with children and pets.

Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Private entrance to a lovingly furnished cozy guest house, only 25 minutes by S-Bahn from Marienplatz. There is a large double bed, a kitchen with induction stove, mini oven, fridge) and a bathroom with shower. The S-Bahn is about a 4-minute walk away. A variety of shopping opportunities are within walking distance. The beautiful area can also be explored by bicycle. In winter, day trips to the Alps Lenggries, Brauneck, Kitzbühel, Wilder Kaiser are possible.

Another sleeping option can be reached as a loft bed from the living room via a staircase.

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground-level annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

The closest S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Buses are within a 5-7 Minute walk and it will only take you half an hour to get to Marienplatz. If you’re coming for a fair then you have a prime location here, as it only takes 10 minutes by public transport to the Messegelände.

The "Waldhäusl"

Our "Waldhäusl" is a new building on a double garage and thus an independent cottage with its own entrance. In June 2024, it was largely newly furnished again. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100 m away. By car, it is 15 minutes to See train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the central station in Munich.
