The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Ground floor: equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, living room TV + sofa bed. Vaulx-La Soie metro station is a 15-minute walk away, bus stop 300 m away. Free parking. Shops nearby. We love to welcome guests and make their stay pleasant and easy.

Small independent studio of 14 m², sleeps 2 Refurbished, great amenities. No kitchen but fridge, microwave and coffee machine available Quiet in a small condominium on an inner courtyard. Very well located a few minutes walk to the T3 which serves the Part-Dieu train station in 6 minutes and the Carré de Soie (Rhône Express) in 10 minutes. Bus and Vélov present at the Tram stop. Shops nearby, bakery at the end of the street. Towels and bed sheets provided Wi-Fi.
