This fantastic apartment with 2 private parking spaces has a premium location, close to the center of Quarteira Tennis, Golf Courses, Vilamoura Marina and just 20 minutes from the Airport. This luxurious property consists of an entrance hall, 1 social WC, kitchen, living and dining room in open space, 2 bedrooms, one of them a suite and a magnificent south-facing balcony with sea view.

A white-washed wall encloses the property, accompanied by greenery and a decorative tile. A wooden gate leads into a charming courtyard area, while blue skies with scattered clouds create a bright atmosphere above.

Casa na Colina has 2 houses on a stunning south facing ridge on the edge of The Serra do Caldeirao overlooking the village of Alportel in the historic countryside of the Algarve. Each house can accommodate 2 people and the price is for 2 people in one house. They share the pool. We are surrounded by natural landscape full of beautiful old Vineyards, Olive groves and ancient Cork Oak woods. This is what we fell in love with when we first arrived in Portugal in 2019 and bought Casa na Colina.

The entrance to the resort is framed by tall palm trees, creating a welcoming pathway. Elegant gates stand at the forefront, leading to a well-maintained road that gently curves through lush greenery towards the accommodations in the background.

Super op (het zuiden) gelegen apartment met vrij uitzicht over de golfbaan. 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken. Het resort heeft maar liefst 5 buiten zwembaden, 4 tennisbanen, een 9-holes golfbaan en zelfs een binnenzwembad met wellness. Op het resort zelf bevinden zich 2 restaurants en er zijn meerdere restaurants op loopafstand. De mooie stranden zijn slechts 5 a 600m lopen van de ingang van het resort. Kort gezegd een heel fijn plekje om vakantie te vieren.
