Casa Barracuda is a 1 bedroom apartment, ground floor, fully equipped for 4 people, with front beach views and swimming pools! It´s located 20mts from the beach with private access to an almost private beach! Closer to the beach is impossible! It is located in the Quinta da Barracuda condominium, in a perfect oasis where you can only hear the birds and the waves of the sea, guarded by natural gardens! Very well located, central, walking distance to everywhere you can imagine and need to go.

Casa na Colina has 2 houses on a stunning south facing ridge on the edge of The Serra do Caldeirao overlooking the village of Alportel in the historic countryside of the Algarve. Each house can accommodate 2 people and the price is for 2 people in one house. They share the pool. We are surrounded by natural landscape full of beautiful old Vineyards, Olive groves and ancient Cork Oak woods. This is what we fell in love with when we first arrived in Portugal in 2019 and bought Casa na Colina.

Super op (het zuiden) gelegen apartment met vrij uitzicht over de golfbaan. 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken. Het resort heeft maar liefst 5 buiten zwembaden, 4 tennisbanen, een 9-holes golfbaan en zelfs een binnenzwembad met wellness. Op het resort zelf bevinden zich 2 restaurants en er zijn meerdere restaurants op loopafstand. De mooie stranden zijn slechts 5 a 600m lopen van de ingang van het resort. Kort gezegd een heel fijn plekje om vakantie te vieren.

The apartment is located on the second line of Quarteira Beach, 70 meters from the beach, in the luxury development Terraços de Quarteira (built in 2021), located in one of the city's prime areas. The apartment has a great balcony, with sea views and access to the development's pool. A few meters away is the famous Quarteira beach, access to several restaurants, bakery, bars, supermarkets and all the necessary services to have a great vacation.

A bright living area features a light-colored sofa and a small side table. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, showcasing a view of the outside. A dining area with a table and chairs is positioned nearby, creating an open and inviting layout.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment 300 meters from the beach!

New, quiet apartment. Terrace with 50m2, ideal for a family beach vacation. Unobstructed view to the north. Next to the São Pedro do Mar Garden (with playground). Open space (kitchen and living room), 1 en-suite bathroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Sofa bed in the living room. Air-conditioning in all rooms, the terrace also has a small laundry room. The apartment has a parking space. It's our vacation home, we want it to be yours too!
