The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

Das Aachener Reitstadion CHIO ist auch nicht weit entfernt . Kohlscheid hat eine eigene, kleine Bahnstation , sie ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Some restaurants are within walking distance, Belgium and the Netherlands are just a “stone's throw away”. SnowWorld Ski Hall in Landgraaf NL is only 15 km from the house. UNESCO Aachen Cathedral is only 12 km away. The hand and bath towels are provided.

Renovated studio apartment (granny flat) of 22 sqm. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. There is a large cupboard in the hallway. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in feel-good shower, sink and toilet. The access to our guest apartment is located off the road and leads over our courtyard.
